Just a general question about vimeo, youtube, etc. Is there any way to make the video posts responsive so they do not have the top and bottom bars on mobile devices. Have tried the suggested fit video article, and almost every plugin available, and all work fine on desktop, but all have problems being responsive on mobile devices.

This would not be a support question per se, rather it would be a theme related question that would be helpful for people who wish to buy wp drudge and display videos. Would love to renew license for the theme if there was any sign of regular updates or support.

I do notice that now at the bottom of the proper web site, there is now a Copyright Presidio Science, Inc. One can only assume that Josh is done with support and updates for the theme at this point.

My questions are obviously being ignored. Very interesting.

    Hi Burt,

Actually, for youtube videos, you always get embed code for this. So you just make the iframe as width:100% and height:320px(as you wish). So videos are adjusted automatically desktop as well as mobile

Thank you for replying. I really appreciate it. The problem is that no matter what I try, the video on youtube will adjust the size, but will leave a black bar on the top and a small part of the bottom will be missing. If I do nothing, it will fit as well, but with black bar on top and bottom.

An image of the bars above and below on mobile, here.

Image with any kind of responsive attempts via css or plugins. here.

This is the only theme I have seen this on. Fit Vids even works on Rank It WP. Not sure what is wrong here.
Would appreciate any help on this matter.
