    Hi PROPER support,

    I purchased the theme with 1 year of upgrades and support. However, it appears that neither upgrades nor support have been available for over a year.

    Can you respond to this with confirmation that you are supporting the product?

    Otherwise, I will have to take your silence as proof I am not going to get what I purchased, and I will ask for a refund through you and my credit card company.

    I would much rather find you are supporting this and use the theme. 🙂

    I loved this template, but I know the owner sold it to someone else.

    The site seems to still allow people to buy the template and download it, but you will have to rely on the documentation and videos for your only support.

    To be honest, I am thinking of buying it again, as it was so simple and just worked.

    Is there anyone else out there that offers a good news curation template?

    Hello,

    I am very happy to read that support is still active. I sent a few emails regarding my challenges with the theme with no response. I will repost them here to see if I can get a resolution from the team or maybe someone who has resolved this in the past. Thank you everyone in advance:

    Does anyone have a means of removing or adding an article as a featured article *after* hitting publish? I’ve tried “stick to top of blog” and adding a custom field in which I choose “Featured” and the value “yes.” Nothing works, and it appears to me the option that works before I hit Publish is gone.

    There are times when I do not want a featured image, so I like to keep up on removing the featured articles as I add new one because at times there isn’t enough news to merit a featured image, but I see no means of removing featured content either once it’s been added (after I hit publish).

    Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

    Still watching this thread. I’d like to be able to change images once a post is made, but it doesn’t work.

    Another issue is that the theme states it needs to be updated but it doesn’t update.
