I just downloaded WPDrudge on a new WordPress install at Godaddy a couple of hours ago and am getting familiar with it (I set up various posts, categories etc).

Problem is that many of my permalinks don’t work and give 404 errors.

For example, I have a POSTED LINK that works in Column 2 but when I add the Post to Header Menu or Top Menu, those give a 404.

I created a “standard post” and it appears on homepage, but when clicked on, it gives a 404.

On homepage, I display a list of the categories. When any of these are clicked, it gives a 404.

Thanks for your suggestions on how to fix

I found the solution… needed to go into Settings/Permalink and SAVE. This refreshed the necessary system and everything works now.

    PROPER Web

Thanks for posting back, Lee. Sometimes those permalinks get messed up and that’s typically the solution.
