    For some reason my first sentence always has an indentation for paragraph and I can’t figure out how to remove this.Post Sample I can only make a space for the first line and then it aligns to the left. Also when trying to edit posts the theme tends to ignore saving spacing in visual unless you go into text. Return to visual to have a look and save and it gets lost. Any ideas?

    Oh, one more thing … I also cannot understand why I cannot make some of the text bold using drudge font (like the beginning of the post –

    The theme doesn’t indent by default (example). It looks like you have some HTML at the beginning of your content with padding that’s causing the issue (screenshot).

    As for the bold text, the “Drudge” font setting is bold by default. Add:

    .the-content p {font-weight: normal}

    … to the Additional CSS box on the Advanced tab of the options page and the content areas will be un-bolded by default.

    Thanks for the reply. I looked in visual and in text and see no html that I am adding. Also, it should be noted that this only occurs with the Drudge font. On another page I am using helvetica or arial and this does not occur.

    Any updates on this issue? “I looked in visual and in text and see no html that I am adding. Also, it should be noted that this only occurs with the Drudge font. On another page I am using helvetica or arial and this does not occur.”

    Burt, I’m really not sure what else I can do here. The HTML that’s there is not coming from the theme so I don’t know how to get rid of it. Try the usual WP troubleshooting steps – maintenance mode, deactivate plugins, switch theme to 2015, etc – and see if that changes.

    Did you write that post you sent or was it imported somehow?

    Thanks for the help Josh. It was the adsense plugin apparently causing the issue. I wish there was a way to enter the adsense code somewhere so that a banner would show directly below the image. Maybe someday 🙂

    Thanks again.
