I don’t receive the contact email details. I checked spam folder it is not there. I changed the email address to the address of the admin user and it then comes through. However, I want to use another email address.
Sorry for the trouble here. I’m not quite sure how to troubleshoot this, though. If it’s going to one email address and not another then the system is working, it’s just being caught by one particular service provider. I’ve seen this happen before and there’s not much that I can do to change that.
I do have a possible fix in mind and I’ll see if I can get that in place in the next day or so. Look for an update in your wp-admin. In the meantime, you’ll need to use the address that actually receives the email or check the saved contacts list.
