    1. Is it possible to install the WP-Drudge theme on a blog?
Unfortunately not, you’re restricted to the free themes in the repo
    2. I’ve installed WordPress, but I don’t know how to login to the admin section.
Login by adding /wp-admin to the end of your site URL
    3. My changes aren’t working, the page still looks the same.
Ensure that you have activated the WP-Drudge theme by going to the admin section and clicking Appearance > Themes
    4. I have been working on a dev version of my site, and now I want to move it to a live URL.  How do I do this?
The WordPress Codex has a guide on how to do this here
    5. I’m trying to upgrade to the new version but I’m getting an error: Destination folder already exists.
It is necessary to remove the old version before installing the new one.  Activate a different theme and then delete the old version

I purchased w/o realizing that I can’t use this template on the free account. Which do I need to purchase to use? Thanks for your help

Hey there … sorry for the late reply here.

Basically, you’ll need your own hosting and domain. Our recommendation and general steps to set this up are here:

I’ve begun to build a 2nd website from a 2nd download of wp drudge
I receive the following when I try to cut and paste the lic# for the 2nd site into the API License Key field …
Invalid API License Key. Login to your My Account page to find a valid API License Key.

I’ve proceeded with the site build anyway and everything seems to be working okay (the dashboard/editing appearance is a different though, which makes me wonder if I need to rectify the lic# issue?)
I don’t want to lose my work if I’ll have to start over

Hi guys, I used WP Drudge for a site 3 years back, but had deleted the site for quite a while. Now I could not find my downloaded theme file. Where can I download it again? Thanks!

    PROPER Web

    Chee Khian Kee,

Happy to help. Can you email me at hi [at] theproperweb [dot] com, let me know your original purchase address, and I’ll send it your way.

Purchased your them and received the following error when I went to upload theme to WordPress

“Upload problem: Theme may not be valid. Check that your zip file contains only the theme you are trying to upload.”

    Hello Jack,

Thanks for reaching out. Within the downloaded directory, you can find a folder named “wp-drudge-v2 5”. Please make a zip of the folder and upload it.

If the problem still persists, please share your site WP-admin and FTP credentials through our contact page so that we can have a look.

    Thank you.

I don’t see how to actually download the app I just paid for?

    Thank you in advance

    Shelli Miller

I have the download but it keeps telling me I don’t have the license key, so it’s useless. I paid and have the receipt. Thank you.

Still no email or contact? Do I just need to decline visa payment? So disappointed.

    Hi Shelli,

    Sorry for tyhe delay.
Please share your site WP-admin and FTP credentials through our contact page so that we can have a look.

I’m doing hosting through DreamHost. When I attempt to upload the theme I get the following error message. Some installation help would be appreciated.

    Installing Theme from uploaded file:
    Unpacking the package…

    Installing the theme…

The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.

    Theme install failed.

Please disregard my last post. I was uploading the wrong file.
