I would like to increase the Header Text size for my site. Every time I increase the size and save, refresh the site – the text size stays the same. I am on the Appearance–>Typography settings page. Any ideas?

    Hi John,

    Kindly follow the steps below:
    Theme option > Advanced tab.

You will find the options to change header style over there. Hope this helps.

I am in the advanced tab and only see boxes to paste code. See screenshot: https://imgur.com/a/383qH

I try to change the text size in the typography option and it does not change. See screenshot. Am I in the right place? http://imgur.com/a/yrY2Q

    Thanks again for your help.

    Hi John,

Are you using any cache plugin? If so, please clear the cache and also clear your browser cache. Alternatively you can use a different browser. Hopefully you will be able to see the changes.

Let us know if the problem persists. Thanks.

I am not using any type of cache plug ins on my site. I have also cleared the cache of firefox and safari and tried to load and the site still does not show a change in the header text size. I have tried changing the font however and the font style does change. Any ideas?

My admin panel was running slow, so I just added the W3 cache plug in – as research suggested that it was one of the best to help with slow admin page loads. Please let me know if this would be of any issue relating to increasing the text size of my header. The featured link text size changes fine – so I am not sure what the problem could be.

    Thanks again

    Hi John,

This is a very weird problem. I regret the inconvenience caused to you.

Would you mind sharing your website admin access so that our tech team can have a detailed look into it? Let me know.

    Thanks.

    John

No problem. How would I do that? Should I email you? I also have since deleted W3 cache and replaced it with WP rocket. Could you also check the admin speed while navigating within the panel? It seems to be slower than it should be. It takes 7-8 seconds for the posted link page to populate, but when I run the site through the webhosting speed tests the speed seems to be adequate.

    Thanks for your help,
